Robert Kosmider, LL.M., is a trustberg. counsel and lawyer admitted to the German bar.

After studying law in Rostock and Münster with further academic stays in Salzburg, Rome, and Cape Town, Mr. Kosmider completed his first state examination in Münster and his legal clerkship with placements at the Federal Ministry of Finance and international law firms in Frankfurt am Main and Hamburg. He later worked as a research assistant at a civil law chair, a public law tutor, and a lecturer in constitutional law at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR Berlin). Mr. Kosmider began his legal career at the Berlin office of a major German law firm and subsequently worked at renowned commercial law firms, including several years with the Real Estate Team at Lambsdorff Rechtsanwälte in Berlin..

Mr. Kosmider advises clients on the purchase, sale, and financing of real estate, including the review, drafting, and negotiation of real estate purchase agreements, as well as the conduct of legal due diligence reviews (both asset and share deals). He also has many years of experience in commercial tenancy law and specializes in litigation related to real estate law. In addition, Mr. Kosmider has particular expertise in advising international crowdfunding providers, supporting them both in legal structuring and on an ongoing basis with matters related to real estate, corporate, and capital markets law. Mr. Kosmider is fluent in German and English.
